Prof. Mohamed Hussein, President of Tanta University, attended the signing ceremony of a cooperation protocol between the Ministry of Higher Education and the Ministry of Social Solidarity, in the presence of Prof. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and members of the Council of National Universities. The protocol aims to provide educational scholarships for outstanding students from underprivileged families, as part of the “Prof. Ali El-Moselhy Educational Grant” offered by Nasser Social Bank.

According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, this protocol reflects the state’s commitment to education and investment in human capital, in line with Egypt’s Vision 2030. Under the protocol, national universities pledge to grant a 25% tuition fee reduction for the children of Nasser Social Bank employees.

The participation of Prof. Mohamed Hussein underscores Tanta University’s commitment to supporting all national initiatives aimed at ensuring equal educational opportunities for all students, while contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
