With 72% Increase Compared to Last Year, 139226 Electronic Exam Sessions were Held at Faculties at Tanta University in the First Term of the Current Academic Year

Tanta University Council reviewed a report today on electronic curricula and electronic exams at faculties of the university in the first term of the academic year 2022-2023. Prof. Mohamed Al-Nemr, Manager of the Main Center for Electronic and Cognitive Services, gave a presentation that showed holding 139226 e-exam sessions for the midterm and the first term with an increase of 58230 sessions compared to those held in the second term of the academic year 2021-2022. This increase equals 72%. In addition, 286 courses were presented electronically in the first term of the current academic year with an increase of 21% compared to those presented in the second term of the academic year 2021-2022.

   This report was reviewed during the meeting of Tanta University Council held under chairmanship of Prof. Mahmoud Zaki, Tanta University President, in attendance of Prof. Fouad Harras, former Tanta University President and Member of Tanta University Council; Prof. Mohamed Hussein, University Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; Prof. Mahmoud Salim, University Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; deans of the faculties; Judge\ Kheiry Emara, Legal Advisor of the University; and Accountant\ Ahmed Rashad, Secretary General of the University.
