Tanta University is one of the 15 universities chosen by AMIDEAST to offer services to students with special needs

   A meeting was held today at Tanta University to discuss the cooperation protocol to be signed by the university and AMIDEAST organization to establish a PSN Welfare Center at the university financed by USAID to serve students with special needs. The meeting was chaired by Prof. Mohamed Hussein, University Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; with participation of Dr. Quincy Dermody, Director of Higher Education Initiative Public University Scholarships at AMIDEAST; Prof. Dina Mohsen, Vice Director of Higher Education Initiative Public University Scholarships and PSN Official at AMIDEAST; Mr. Mohammed Zakaria, Coordinator of the Project; Prof. Mohammed Zein El-Abedin, Manager of PSN Welfare Center at the University; and Prof. Hesham Aglan, Manager of Scientific Talents Unit and Manager of International Students’ Unit at the University.
