Competencies of Community Service and Environmental Development Council

Community Service and Environmental Development Council have the following competencies:

1. Considering and reviewing the general policy, plan and programs that assure achievement of University role in community service and environmental development.
2. Considering problems of productive activity, role of services, work locations in environment and role of applied scientific research in solving these problems.
3. Considering and suggesting the general policy on establishment of special units that offer services for non-students except University Hospitals.
4. Considering and suggesting the general policy on preparation and implementation of training programs for society members in using modern scientific and technical methods to educate them and to raise their efficiency in various fields.
5. Considering and suggesting the general policy on organizing conferences, scientific symposiums and general lectures that aim to serve community and develop the environment.
6. Matters transferred by University Council for consideration and giving opinion.
7. Terms of reference according to law.
