Tanta University Council, in its eighth session for the academic year 2024/2025, held under the chairmanship of Prof. Mohamed Hussein, President of the University, approved the promotion of several faculty members.

The council granted the academic title of Professor to the following:

Faculty of Medicine: Tarek Gamal Zaki Mahmoud Shokr, Abdel Hamid Mohamed Alawy Abdel Hamid, and Mohamed Abdel Hamid Ibrahim Romaih

Faculty of Agriculture: Rania Mohamed Ibrahim Hassan

Faculty of Nursing: Amira Mohamed Saad Mohamed Khalil

Faculty of Engineering: Abdel Wahab Hassan Abdel Wahab Al-Eisawy

Faculty of Physical Education: Tharwat Mohamed Abdullah Abu El-Sabbah

The title of Associate Professor was granted to:

Faculty of Medicine: Hashem Adel Lotfy Ahmed, Ayman Youssef Abu El-Nasr El-Tabba’, and Abdel Hakim Ezzat Montaser Mabrouk

Faculty of Science: Ahmed Farouk Mostafa Kamal El-Mekkawy

Faculty of Agriculture: Rehab Mohamed Abu Ismail

Faculty of Engineering: Ahmed Morsi Mostafa Salem

The council also approved the appointment of the following individuals to the position of Lecturer:

Additionally, the council approved the awarding of 17 doctoral degrees, 32 master’s degrees, and 30 postgraduate diplomas across various specializations.
