He explained that the university pays special attention to developing the work system within laboratories, qualifying its human cadres, and implementing internationally accredited quality systems, in a way that supports applied scientific research and raises the university's competitiveness at the regional and international levels.
The visit included field tours of a number of laboratories of the Faculty of Medicine and the Center for Scientific Research and Measurements, to review the ongoing development and qualification work and follow up on the technical aspects related to international accreditation requirements, within the framework of the ongoing coordination between the university and the competent authorities in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, to support the implementation of projects to raise the efficiency of laboratories and expand the scope of application of quality standards, which contributes to improving the level of medical and research services and enhancing the institutional excellence system at the university.
