Prof. Mohamed Hussein, Tanta University President, announced that the University has achieved a qualitative leap and high performance rates in responding to complaints submitted to it, according to the report issued by the Cabinet of Ministers and the Unified Government Complaints System. He explained that the University’s leading position in performance indicators reflects its full commitment to standards of quality, efficiency, and prompt response in addressing the demands of citizens and members of the University community.

   Prof. Mohamed Hussein emphasized that this distinction comes within the framework of the Egyptian state’s general direction, which places great importance on opening direct channels of communication with citizens. He noted that the University works diligently to monitor all inquiries and real issues, while continuously striving to provide optimal solutions and immediate responses, ensuring the enhancement of the quality of educational, medical, and administrative services provided.

   The Tanta University President added that the University’s strategy within the complaints system is not limited to responding only, but extends to analyzing the root causes of complaints and addressing shortcomings across various sectors in a comprehensive and systematic manner. He stressed that the University places “citizen satisfaction” as a core criterion for evaluating the performance of different departments, which contributes to strengthening the principles of transparency, accountability, and the development of the administrative system.

   Prof. Mohamed Hussein extended his appreciation and gratitude to all staff members, affirming that this achievement would not have been possible without teamwork and a strong commitment to rapid response to citizens’ complaints. He praised the efficiency of administrative coordination that contributed to resolving issues effectively and delivering distinguished services to all members of the University community.
