According to the Annual Report Announced by the Prime Minister's Office: Tanta University Achieves 100% Response Rate to the Unified Complaints System in 2024, Leading Egyptian Universities

Prof. Mohamed Hussein, Acting President of Tanta University, announced that the university achieved a 100% response rate to the Unified Government Complaints System of the Prime Minister's Office for the sixth consecutive year in 2024, topping the list of Egyptian universities. This achievement was reported in the annual report issued by the Prime Minister's Office, covering the period from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.


The Acting President of the University explained that Tanta University received 4,855 complaints, including 3,913 individual complaints and 942 group complaints. He emphasized that all complaints were addressed, referred to the relevant authorities, responded to, and resolved promptly. This reflects the university’s commitment to strengthening communication with its students, staff, and the public, ensuring swift responses to all complaints and suggestions received through the system to improve service quality and enhance performance efficiency.


Prof. Mohamed Hussein praised the dedicated efforts of Accountant Ahmed Rashad, Secretary-General of the University, Hagar Shehata, the Monitoring and Response Officer for the system, and the entire team managing the Government Complaints System across all faculties, hospitals, administrative departments, and university dormitories.
