Tanta University President inaugurated the exhibition held on the sidelines of the 6th International Conference on Structural and Geotechnical Engineering (ICASGE'25), organized by the Department of Structural Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Tanta University. The conference is held under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and was attended by Prof. Ahmed Nasr, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Prof. Emad Atman, Conference President and former Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Abdel Hakim Abdel Khaleq, Former President of Tanta University, along with a distinguished gathering of professors, industry leaders, specialists, and researchers from Egyptian and international universities.

Tanta University President emphasized that the exhibition reflects the university’s vision in supporting scientific research, linking theoretical knowledge with practical applications, and creating a dynamic learning environment aligned with market needs and sustainable development plans. He affirmed that universities are key economic forces due to their material and human resources, praising the active participation of companies, industrial institutions, and economic entities in the exhibition.

He added that the event exemplifies successful collaboration between academia and industry, aligning with the national strategy for higher education and scientific research and Egypt Vision 2030 in transitioning toward Fourth Generation Universities. He extended his gratitude to all who contributed to organizing the exhibition.
