President of Tanta University Reviews the Progress of Electronic Examinations at the Faculties of Pharmacy, Nursing, and Dentistry


   Prof. Mohamed Hussein, President of Tanta University, conducted an extensive inspection tour today to follow up on the progress of electronic examinations at the Faculties of Pharmacy, Nursing, and Dentistry. The examinations are being held at the Electronic Testing Building within the Medical Campus Complex, as part of the university administration’s commitment to continuous on-site monitoring of the examination system and ensuring that all necessary facilities and support are provided for students.

   The University President was accompanied during the tour by Prof. Mona Al-Aasar, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy; Prof. Faten Abu Taleb, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry; Prof. Afaf Basal, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing; the vice deans of the respective faculties; and Prof. Nada El-Shennawy, Executive Director of the University’s Main Center for Electronic and Knowledge Services.

   During his inspection of the examination halls, the University President verified the smooth operation of the electronic examination system, the compliance of the examinations with academic standards, and the availability of the necessary technical and technological support within the examination committees to address any emergencies. He also engaged in cordial discussions with students to gather their feedback regarding the examinations and the clarity of the questions, directing that any obstacles be resolved immediately.

   Prof. Mohamed Hussein affirmed that Tanta University places students’ interests at the forefront of its priorities and is fully committed to providing an ideal and calm examination environment that enables students to perform their examinations with the highest levels of concentration and discipline. He further noted that the Electronic Testing Building at the Medical Campus is equipped with the latest technologies, reflecting the significant progress achieved by the university in the field of digital transformation, in alignment with Egypt Vision 2030 for the development of higher education.

   The tour also included a visit to the building’s central camera monitoring room, where the University President reviewed the display screens and electronic connectivity for all examination halls and committees. He commended the precision of the surveillance system and its ability to provide comprehensive real-time monitoring, ensuring transparency and equal opportunities for all students. He also praised the efforts of the deans, vice deans, and all staff members at the Main Center for Electronic and Knowledge Services for their dedicated work in ensuring the efficient and well-organized conduct of the examination process.
