President\ Abdel Fattah El-Sisi issued a republican decree appointing Prof. Osama Ahmed Al-Sayed Badr as Dean of Faculty of Law at Tanta University.
It is worth noting that Prof. Osama Badr gained the Licentiate degree in Law from Tanta University with assessment of very good with honors in 1989. He had General Law Diploma from Tanta University with assessment of good in 1991 and Private Law Diploma from Tanta University with assessment of good in 1992. He got the PhD degree in Civil Law from Tanta University in 1999. He was appointed as a demonstrator in 1989. Then, he occupied higher scientific positions till he became a professor in 2009.
