Prof. Mahmoud Zaki, Tanta University President, received today Prof. Ismael Abdel Ghaffar, President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT), to consider means of bilateral cooperation in attendance of Prof. Hatem Amin, University Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and Prof. Mamdouh Al-Masry, Dean of Faculty of Arts and Political Communication Advisor.

    During the meeting, Prof. Mahmoud Zaki affirmed that the university is ready for enhancing collaboration between both parties in implementation of the national strategy of higher education and scientific research that aims to achieve integration among educational institutions and to enhance Egypt’s sustainable development plan and its vision 2030, in addition to cooperation in offering training that qualifies students and alumni to meet requirements of local and international labor market.

   For his part, Prof. Ismael Abdel Ghaffar expressed his pleasure for visiting Tanta University and stated that he aspires for real cooperation in many areas for the good of both parties.

    At the end of the meeting, Prof. Mahmoud Zaki granted university shield to Prof. Ismael Abdel Ghaffar who granted Prof. Zaki AASTMT shield.
