Tanta University President Inspects the Progress of Examinations at the Electronic Testing Center

Prof. Mohamed Hussein, Tanta University President, conducted an inspection tour to follow up on the progress of the Faculty of Nursing examinations, held at the university’s Electronic Testing Center. He was accompanied by Prof. Afaf Basel, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing; Prof. Esmat El-Gemaiy, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; Prof. Mohamed El-Nemr, Director of the Main Center for Electronic and Cognitive Services; and Prof. Azza El-Saqqa, Director of the Electronic Testing Center.

During the visit, the University President inspected the examination halls and ensured that a suitable environment was provided for students to take their exams in a calm and comfortable setting. He also visited the control room and the central monitoring unit, where he reviewed the procedures in place to ensure the integrity and transparency of the examination process. Prof. Hussein closely followed the workflow of the examination procedures and confirmed the strict adherence to all regulations and protocols governing exams.

Prof. Hussein emphasized the importance of providing all necessary support and comfort for students during the examination period. He praised the Faculty’s commitment to implementing the electronic testing system, which ensures accurate grading and rapid announcement of results. He also highlighted the university administration’s dedication to monitoring examination processes across all faculties and addressing any challenges that may arise.

Additionally, the University President made it a point to listen to students’ feedback on various aspects of the examination process, including the clarity of exam questions, the appropriateness of the allocated time, and their opinions regarding the overall organization and exam environment.

For her part, Prof. Afaf Basel affirmed the Faculty's commitment to strictly applying all exam regulations and continuously working to provide an exemplary examination setting. She emphasized the Faculty’s goal of ensuring equal assessment opportunities for all students and applying the highest standards of quality and support throughout the examination process.
