Prof. Mohamed Hussein, Tanta University President  and Acting President of Tanta National University, conducted an extensive inspection tour to review the final preparations for welcoming the committees overseeing the commencement of studies at Tanta National University.

The tour was attended by Prof. Mamdouh El-Masry, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Arts; Prof. Hosny Dweir, Director of the Center for Research and Engineering Consultations; Prof. Mohamed Abou Helal, Deputy Director of the Center; and Mr. Ahmed Rashad, University Secretary-General.

Prof. Hussein affirmed that preparations at Tanta National University are progressing at full speed to receive the committees formed by the Supreme Council of National Universities during the current week. He explained that the university aims to launch 10 academic programs across 7 faculties in the upcoming academic year, leveraging the financial and human resources of Tanta National University. He further noted that the sector committees of the Supreme Council of Universities have already approved the academic bylaws for these programs.

He stressed that Tanta National University is committed to providing a fully integrated and modern educational environment equipped with the latest technologies to support the new academic programs, which focus on future-oriented specializations aligned with the needs of the labor market. Prof. Hussein emphasized that final admission to faculties and academic programs will be opened in accordance with the announced minimum admission requirements, the enrollment capacities approved by the Supreme Council of National Universities, and the university’s internal coordination procedures.

During his tour, the University President inspected lecture halls, classrooms, and laboratories to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and comply with international benchmarks for higher education. He underscored the university’s strong commitment to its academic programs, which have been carefully designed based on thorough studies of both local and international labor market demands, with the ultimate goal of ensuring outstanding employment opportunities for graduates.
