"Renewal of accreditation for the Public Service Center at the College of Education and the Public Service Center for Human Development at the Medical Complex for the second consecutive year."

Based on the directives and instructions of Professor Dr. Mohamed Hussein Mahmoud, President of Tanta University, and in collaboration with the Central Agency for Organization and Administration in Cairo for the renewal of accreditation of all centers at the national level affiliated with Tanta University—specifically those dedicated to administrative and computer training for government sector employees across the State Administrative Apparatus—and in alignment with Egypt’s Vision 2030 and the sustainable development efforts continuously pursued by Tanta University, the accreditation officials from the Central Agency for Organization and Administration in Cairo visited and inspected the Public Service Center at the Faculty of Education, Tanta University, as well as the Public Service Center for Human Development at the Medical Complex, to renew their accreditation for the second consecutive year.

Tanta University also operates five other training centers accredited by the Agency, namely: the Center for International Studies in Distance Education, the Center for Engineering Research and Consultations at the Faculty of Engineering, the Scientific Accounting Center at the Faculty of Commerce, the Public Service Center for Computing and Technology, and the Center for Languages and Continuing Education, all of which are nationally accredited.

Following the approval and patronage of Professor Dr. Mohamed Hussein Mahmoud, President of Tanta University, and Professor Dr. Mahmoud Selim, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and under the supervision of Mr. Ahmed Rashad Shalaby, Secretary-General of Tanta University, the University’s Training Center Administration, in cooperation with the Public Service Center at the Faculty of Education and the Public Service Center for Human Development, reviewed all accreditation procedures. This included the preparation of accreditation documents, preparation of halls and workshops, training tools, and equipment necessary for conducting training operations within the centers, in order to include them among the nationally accredited centers for the fiscal year 2025/2026. This enables the implementation of specialized administrative training programs and computer training programs in the aforementioned centers.

In line with the completion of procedures for renewing the accreditation of the two centers at the national level, Mr. Khaled Abdel Aziz Mohamed, Senior Training Researcher (A) at the Central Administration for Capacity Development Policies and Plans at the Central Agency for Organization and Administration in Cairo, responsible for reviewing all accreditation documents for Tanta University’s centers, conducted a visit to inspect and monitor the centers in full. He reviewed all laboratories, halls, training workshops, and administrative offices of both the Public Service Center at the Faculty of Education and the Public Service Center for Human Development at Tanta University on Wednesday, 9/7/2025, to complete all necessary procedures for renewing accreditation. Upon completion, approval will be granted to implement all administrative and computer training programs at the two centers in the coming year.

The University, in its efforts to prepare accreditation for other centers serving Tanta University and its various sectors, as well as the government apparatus and administrative sector more broadly, continues to do so in line with the vision of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and Egypt’s Vision 2030.
