“The Third Employment Forum" at the Faculty of Computer and Information, Tanta University

   Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Hussein, Tanta University President; Prof. Mahmoud Selim, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; and Prof. Nancy El-Hefnawy, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Computer and Information, the faculty hosted “The Third Employment Forum." The event was well organized, with a significant presence of technology industry experts in Egypt, led by XAI Technology (the Platinum Sponsor) and its technical branch of Qenwan.

    Prof. Mahmoud Selim, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, commended the efforts exerted to bridge the gap between graduates and the actual requirements of the labor market. The Vice President made an inspection tour of the pavilions of the participating companies, where he engaged in discussions with company representatives to listen to their visions regarding current market demands. The representatives praised this direct field engagement, noting that the university leadership's direct communication with employers enhances the private sector's confidence in the competence of Tanta University graduates.

   In her opening speech, Prof. Nancy Abbas El-Hefnawy, Faculty Dean, expressed her sincere gratitude and appreciation to Prof. Mohamed Hussein, University President, for his unlimited support of the faculty and its activities. She also extended her thanks to Prof. Mahmoud Selim for his presence and patronage of the forum, while welcoming all participating companies.

   Prof. Nancy El-Hefnawy presented commemorative shields to XAI Technology (the Platinum Sponsor) in recognition of their effective role in supporting and ensuring the success of the forum. Shields were also presented to representatives of the participating companies, acknowledged as success partners.

   The event was organized under the supervision of Dr. Omnia El-Barbary, Faculty Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and was attended by Dr. Osama Ghoneim, Acting Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and Mr. Samir Mehanna, former Undersecretary of the Ministry of Information in Gharbia. The forum was moderated by Dr. Ahmed Selim, Lecturer at the faculty, in the presence of major firms, including XAI Technology (Platinum Sponsor - Qenwan), Damen for Electronic Payments (with extensive participation from its subsidiaries), Future Code, Digital Way, Appout, Black Tech, Mega Div, IT Routes, and Code Clouder.
