University Facilities for Non-Students

Duties

  • To participate in preparing bylaws on how the public in the surrounding environment canuse University buildings.
  • To supervise drawing up plans for non-student University facilities according to University strategy in the field of community service and environmental development.
  • To supervise preparing timeframes to implement plans of University facilitiesfor non-students as well as following up their implementation of these plans.
  • To supervise presenting suggestions that improve work at University facilities for non-students and to relate them to community services and environmental development.
  • To supervise development of maintenance plans of University facilities and processes of replacement and renewal to ensure development and to improve their capabilities in a way that achieves their goals.
  • To coordinate and contact international organizations and world universities to enhance the role of University facilities for non-students and to make use of experience of these organizations in this field through signing agreements.
  • To supervise devising methods and systems which develop work and achieve harmony with different University sectors.
  • To supervise drawing up announcement plans about goals and specializations of these facilities in the form of guidebooks or other forms, to make them known to the public to benefit from them.
  • To supervise the preparation of bulletins and reports about achievements of these facilities.
  • To supervise University facilities which offer services to community and develop the environment.
  • To undertake other similar tasks when asked for.
