Based on the Instructions Given by the Political Leaders as for Qualifying Students and Graduates for Labor Market, Prof. Mahmoud Selim Announces Launching the Interactive Employment Site of Tanta University

Prof. Selim, “Effective partnerships with entrepreneurs are the foundations of qualifying graduates for labor market.”

    Prof. Mahmoud Selim, Tanta University Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, announced launching the Interactive Employment Site of Tanta University that promotes the activities of University Centers for Career Development (UCCD). The site allows companies and entrepreneurs to create safe interactive accounts to contact outstanding students and graduates from Tanta University and to offer them job opportunities and training in the skills needed in labor market.

    Moreover, Prof. Mahmoud Selim declared that the new site has been launched as the sector is keen on implementing the instructions given by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, as for qualifying university students and alumni of various specialties in cognitive aspects and skills required in labor market. He indicated that this qualification can be achieved through applying the principles of the strategy of higher education and scientific research regarding transformation into fourth-generation universities and establishing effective partnerships with entrepreneurs. In addition, he affirmed that 27 protocols were signed with institutions from the industrial and economic sector in the light of the executive policies and mechanisms of Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at Tanta University.

    Furthermore, Prof. Mohamed Al-Nemr, Executive Manager of the Main Center for Electronic and Cognitive Services, added that the first stage of the new interactive site allows companies and entrepreneurs to create safe interactive accounts to contact distinguished students and graduates from Tanta University. He added that, in the second stage, students and graduates will be able to create their own accounts, to upload their personal data and CVs, and to contact companies and entrepreneurs. Finally, he thanked Prof. Nada Al-Shennawy, Manager of the Electronic Portal Unit, and the unit’s team for developing this site.
