Community Service Sector Organizes a Scientific Trip for School Students to the Museums of Faculties of Medicine and Arts

Based on the Strategic Partnership among Tanta University, the Directorate of Education in Gharbia, and the Exploratory Center for Science and Technology, Community Service Sector Organizes a Scientific Trip for School Students to the Museums of Faculties of Medicine and Arts

   Community Service Sector at Tanta University organized today a scientific trip for school students of various age groups in collaboration with the university's Main Center for Public Social Community Services, the Directorate of Education in Gharbia, and the Exploratory Center for Science and Technology. The trip included visits to the educational museum at departments of Human Anatomy and Embryology, and Pathology at Faculty of Medicine, as well as the Pharaonic Museum at Faculty of Arts. This trip falls under the framework of the "Young Researcher" program.

    The event was attended by Prof. Mahmoud Selim, Vice President of Tanta University for Community Service and Environmental Development; Prof. Mamdouh Al-Masry, Dean of Faculty of Arts; Engr. Nasser Hassan, Undersecretary of Ministry of Education in Gharbia; Prof. Loay Al-Ahwal, Vice Dean of Faculty of Medicine for Community Service and Environmental Development; Prof. Raafat Abdel Rahman, Vice Dean of Faculty of Arts for Community Service and Environmental Development; Prof. Amal Abdel Sattar, Executive Manager of the Main Center for Public Social Community Services; and Ms. Entisar Abdo, Manager of the Exploratory Center for Science and Technology.

    Prof. Mahmoud Selim confirmed that this initiative aligns with the directives of the political leadership to foster national awareness, enhance skills and knowledge, and launch national initiatives aimed at achieving human development across all age groups. Moreover, he commended the effective cooperation between Tanta University and official and civil institutions in delivering outstanding community services. He also reaffirmed that the Directorate of Education and Technical Education in Gharbia is a strategic partner of Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at Tanta University.
