1- Contribution to the implementation of laws and regulations governing work.
2- Inspection of university administrations and faculties administratively.
3- Preparing reports on administrative inspection and disclose deficiencies, irregularities, and their causes.
4- Propose systems to avoid repeat violations and follow up on recommendations.
5- Examine and study the reports of the Central Auditing Organization and participate in the preparation of responses to them.
6- Participate in committees whose work requires a member of the administrative guidance.
7- Making sure that the administrative units of the university implement the laws, regulations and instructions that govern the work.
8- Following up the implementation of the directives after their approval and providing the necessary solutions to implement them.
9- Coordination and follow-up with all supervisory bodies inside and outside the university in the field of administrative affairs.


Financial guidance work

1- Participation in the preparing of inspection programs on the management of the university and colleges of the university financially.
2- Preparing reports on inspection detect deficiencies and irregularities and propose systems to avoid mistakes and follow up on recommendations after its decision.
3- Check the reports of the Central Auditing Organization and prepare a response.
4- Participate in committees whose work requires a member of the financial guidance.
5- Participate in committees that investigate financial irregularities.
6- Participation in annual inventory committees.
7- check the complaints related to financial aspects.
8- Participation in reviewing tenders, practices and auctions offered by the university administration and faculties.
9- Replying all inquiries and clarifications from all financial personnel in the university faculties and units.
10- Coordination and follow-up with all supervisory bodies inside and outside the university in the field of financial affairs.
