Tasks of Entitlements Department

1. Preparing the payrolls, additional bonuses, and incentive bonuses disbursed to workers.

2. Editing claim forms for the injured students, and those who died in accidents according to the regulation Act.

 3. Editing forms for the leave balances for university personnel who have reached the age of retirement or died

4. Making settlements for personnel that are issued by a final court judgment

 5. Implementing salary deductions in accordance with the Acts and the decrees regulating them.

 6. Taking deductions from the personnel in accordance with the regulations, in addition to deducting the penalties, if any.

7. Applying the annual tax adjustment, in accordance with Act No. 81 and its amendments.

8. Transferring salaries to banks and following-up their movement from the beginning of the transfer.

9. Specifying the forms for women who take childcare leave and pay the assessed contributions in accordance with the law.

10. Replying to contradictions received from the regulatory bodies, the Central Auditing Organization, and other competent bodies in this regard.

11. Implementing the circular letter, fatwas of the State Council, and decrees received from the competent authorities that rule the work and specializations of entitlements.

12. Creating reference files to save all decrees and acts regulating the entitlements.
