Tasks of Human Resources
Tasks of the Recruitment Department:
1. Taking procedures for external recruitment and secondment to work at the university in all its departments (faculties, university hospitals, the International Teaching Hospital, and the medical administration)
2. Terminating and canceling recruitment and secondment procedures from and to the university
3. Issuing assignment decisions to the position of general managers.
4. Presenting the transfer and secondment requests to the Human Resources Management Committee.
5. Issuing the assignment decisions, photocopying and distributing them to university departments and hospitals
Tasks of the Budget Department:
1. Registering the data and the specializations of all the university personnel in determined registers
2. Preparing the required data for the specialized departments inside or outside the university
Tasks of Reports and Penalties Department:
1. Fulfilling the data of the annual reports to be approved by the competent authority
2. Assessing of the Personnel’s performance by the competent authority
3. Coordination between the Reports Department and the Settlements Department to accomplish the procedures of incentive bonuses
4. Issuing penalty decisions imposed on the personnel and distributing them to the concerned authorities
5. Issuing decisions to cancel the penalties imposed on some personnel and distributing them to the concerned authorities
Tasks of the Computer Department:
1. Updating the database of university personnel
2. Preparing statistical data for university personnel and providing them to the concerned authorities
3. Extracting a statement of case for all public cadre workers if requested by the executive authorities and the competent authority
4. Typing the names of the personnel who are eligible for periodic and incentive bonuses at all job grades
