Tasks of the Department:
 1. Creating and preserving the files, documents and data of university personnel
2. Accomplishment for the Police Clearance Certificate to match the employment status

3. Reviewing registers and preparing lists of the personnel who reached the age of retirement
4. Preserving the incentive and encouragement rewards and registering them in specific forms and secret reports
5. Extracting certificates of experience and statements of case

6. Ratifying the submitted documents to the military faculties and institutes for sons of university personnel
7. Photocopying the documents required by the university personnel

8. Arranging the files and naming them

9. Fulfilling the financial disclosures of the personnel to be sent to Ministry of Justice

10. Following-up the procedures of the military service position

11. Replying to the mailings from the different departments inside and outside the university

12. Extracting the video of the university and reordering it
13. Extracting and renewing the driving licenses for university personnel 14. Cooperation with the different departments of the university
