Prof. Al-Sayyed Al-Agouz Inspects the Progress of Examinations at the Sibirbay Campus
Prof. Al-Sayyed Al-Agouz, Vice President of Tanta University for Education and Student Affairs, conducted an extensive inspection tour today at Sibirbay Campus to follow up on the progress of the second semester examinations for the academic year 2025/2026, inside examination halls and lecture rooms, and to ensure discipline and adherence to the regulations and instructions governing the examination process.
The tour included Faculties of Arts and Sports Science, where he visited several halls and lecture rooms to ensure providing a calm and suitable environment that allows students to focus fully while taking their exams. He also inspected the measurement and evaluation units to review electronic grading mechanisms and ensure the accuracy and quality of grade recording.
The visit was attended by Prof. Hany Sa’eed, Dean of Faculty of Sports Science; Prof. Ahmed Al-Araby, Dean of Faculty of Arts; Prof. Hala Nada, Vice Dean of Faculty of Arts for Education and Student Affairs; Dr. Abdul Razeq Al-Koumy, Vice Dean of Faculty of Arts for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research; Prof. Heba Rawhy, Vice Dean of Faculty of Sports Science for Community Service and Environmental Development; as well as a number of academic staff and assistant staff.
The tour also included a visit to Teaching Arabic as a Foreign Language Center (TAFL) for Non-Native Speakers at Faculty of Arts to monitor the examinations of international students, in addition to a visit to the Center for Caring for the Blind and Disabled at the faculty, where he ensured that all necessary comfort and logistical support tools were provided to enable students to perform their exams with ease and convenience.
During his tour, Prof. Al-Agouz emphasized that the university places students’ interests at the top of its priorities, stressing the continuation of inspection tours to ensure the highest standards of quality and discipline inside examination committees. He also highlighted the importance of creating an ideal psychological and health environment for students and removing any obstacles they may face.
At the end of the tour, Prof. Al-Agouz stressed the necessity of the continuous presence of academic staff and course professors inside examination committees to respond immediately to any inquiries or emergencies, wishing all students success and excellence.
