University Vice President Inspects the Final Examinations at Faculty of Specific Education and Praises the Work of Measurement and Evaluation Unit
Prof. Al-Sayyed Al-Agouz, Vice President of Tanta University for Education and Student Affairs, conducted an expanded inspection tour today at Faculty of Specific Education today to monitor the second-semester examinations for the academic year 2025/2026, within the framework of the university efforts to follow-up the and ensure the quality of the examinations.
He was received by Prof. Rania Al-Emam, Faculty Dean; Prof. Eman Rabea’, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; as well as a number of heads of the academic departments.
The tour included an inspection of examination committees across the various academic departments where Prof. Al-Agouz checked on the regularity of students' attendance inside the examination halls and the availability of all necessary facilities, including proper ventilation and lighting. He emphasized the importance of full compliance with the regulations and instructions governing the examination process, as well as the provision of fast and effective mechanisms for handling any emergency situations.
Prof. Al-Agouz also inspected the Student Affairs Department, where he closely reviewed the mechanisms for registering student data and the system for delivering services to students. He stressed the importance of digital transformation and simplifying procedures. The tour concluded with a visit to the Measurement and Evaluation Unit, where he listened to a detailed explanation of the role of the unit in updating assessment tools and analyzing student results, thereby ensuring the quality of educational outcomes in accordance with approved academic standards and criteria.
