He stated that such initiatives contribute to preparing a promising generation capable of sound future planning, managing resources effectively, and making responsible financial decisions that support women’s active participation in building society.
It is worth noting that the “Smart Money Management” program is an international initiative developed by the International Labour Organization (ILO). Its implementation at the university is part of the National Council for Women’s efforts to benefit from high-quality international training programs for young women across different governorates, helping enhance their financial knowledge and skills.
In addition, the program builds on the National Council for Women’s ongoing efforts to promote financial literacy, strengthen financial inclusion and women’s economic empowerment, and build the capacities of young women by providing them with the knowledge and skills needed for effective participation in economic life in the future.
Further, the program featured interactive training methods and practical exercises designed to help female students acquire real-life financial skills that can be applied in their daily lives. The initiative aims to foster a more financially aware generation capable of managing its resources effectively and planning for the future with greater confidence and efficiency.
