Vice President of Tanta University Inspects the Progress of First-Semester Examinations at Three Faculties


Prof. Al-Sayyed Al-Agouz, “Students’ Best Interest and Ensuring Comfort Are a Top Priority for Tanta University”
    Prof. Al-Sayyed Al-Agouz, Vice President of Tanta University for Education and Student Affairs, conducted an extensive inspection tour today to follow up on the progress of first-semester examinations for the academic year 2025/2026. The tour included the Faculties of Business, Education, and Specific Education, as part of the university administration keenness on continuous on-site monitoring to ensure the regularity of the examination process.
   The tour was attended by Prof. Yasser Al-Garf, Dean of Faculty of Business; Prof. Rania Al-Emam, Dean of Faculty of Specific Education; Prof. Ahmed Helal, Dean of Faculty of Education; Prof. Tariq Radwan, Vice Dean of Faculty of Business for Education and Student Affairs; Prof. Dina Abdel Hady, Vice Dean of Faculty of Business for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research; Prof. Naglaa Al-Halaby, Vice Dean of Faculty of Specific Education for Education and Student Affairs; and Prof. Walid Samir, Vice Dean of Faculty of Education for Education and Student Affairs; along with a number of academic staff and administrative staff.
   During the tour, Prof. Al-Sayyed Al-Agouz was keen to visit examination committees designated for integrated students, students with special needs, and the medical cases. He personally ensured that all necessary accommodations were available and that psychological and logistical support was provided to enable them to sit for examinations in a comfortable environment. He affirmed that the university gives exceptional care to these students to overcome any challenges they may face.
   Prof. Al-Agouz also inspected examination committees across various halls and auditoriums, ensuring that an appropriate environment was provided for students to take their exams. The tour focused on verifying the efficiency of lighting and ventilation systems, ensuring complete quietness and a suitable psychological climate, confirming the regular presence of medical teams and invigilators to address any emergencies. He made ensure that examination sheets comply with quality and assessment standards.
   The tour further included visits to control rooms and preparation and grading units, he reviewed the mechanisms for securing answer sheets, electronic correction processes, and manual recording. He stressed the importance of accuracy and promptness in grading and recording procedures to ensure the timely announcement of results and the preservation of students’ rights.
   On the sidelines of the tour, Prof. Al-Agouz stated that students’ best interests and providing all means of comfort remain the top priority for Tanta University during the examination period. He directed faculty deans to maintain continuous on-site presence to address any obstacles facing students and to ensure the full implementation of regulations governing the examination process with transparency and integrity.
   Finally, he praised the level of calm and discipline observed at the Faculties of Business, Education, and Specific Education, as well as the quality of technical and administrative preparedness. He affirmed that the university administration is monitoring the progress of examinations at all faculties around the clock to ensure their smooth conduct without any obstacles.
