Vice President of Tanta University Inaugurates the “Preparing Administrative Leadership” Course
Prof. Al-Sayyed Al-Agouz, Vice President of Tanta University for Education and Student Affairs, inaugurated the training course, “Preparing Administrative Leadership”, which is organized by the university under auspices of Prof. Mohammed Hussain, President of Tanta University. This course is a strategic step towards enhancing the efficiency of the administrative staff and preparing leaders capable of keeping up with modern developments.
During his opening speech, Prof. Al-Agouz emphasized that the training program aims to equip participants with the necessary leadership and administrative knowledge and skills, focusing on introducing them to the latest global trends in team leadership. He pointed out that the ultimate goal is to elevate the administrative system in all university departments and faculties to ensure outstanding services.
Prof. Al-Agouz also delivered a specialized lecture on “Developing Administrative Work from the Perspective of the University's Strategic Plan”. The lecture thoroughly discussed the fundamental differences between leadership and management practices and how to formulate an administrative vision that aligns with the future goals of the university. The lecture also covered mechanisms for developing work plans and improving institutional performance, with active participation from attendees from various departments. This course is part of a series of programs adopted by Tanta University to invest in its human resources, considering them the cornerstone for achieving the desired digital transformation and institutional development.
