To Link the Academic Outcomes to the Applied Sides, Vice President of Tanta University Inspects the Farm of Faculty of Agriculture

Prof. Al-Sayyed Al-Agouz, Vice President of Tanta University for Education and Student Affairs, made a wide inspection tour today to the farm of Faculty of Agriculture, out of keenness of the university to develop the educational system and link the academic outcomes to the applied sides. He was accompanied by Prof. Khalid Al-Essawy, Faculty Dean; and Prof. Adel Helal, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development. Prof. Al-Sayyed Al-Agouz declared that the visit targeted determining the available capabilities of the farm and assess the efficiency of the greenhouses and the different production sectors as they are considered the major center for practical and field training for students. In addition, he reviewed the current agricultural projects and gave his directives to provide all the facilities that ensure qualifying the students for the labor market via direct interaction with the modern agricultural techniques. Further, Prof. Al-Agouz affirmed the necessity of agriculture as it is considered a way to refine the skills of the students, affirming that the university works on providing qualified graduates to the labor market to serve the Egyptian strategy and the 2030 vision.
