Within the Framework of Regular Follow-up on Workflow and Addressing Challenges and Obstacles, Vice President of Tanta University Meets Student Affairs Directors

   Prof. Al-Sayyed Al-Agouz, Vice President of Tanta University for Education and Student Affairs, held an expanded meeting with the directors of student affairs departments across the university faculties, in the presence of Dr. Hisham Al-Koumy, Director General of Education and Student Affairs at the university. It is considered a part of the regular follow-up of workflow and addressing challenges and obstacles facing the administrative and student systems, and finding immediate solutions to them.
   During the meeting, Prof. Al-Sayyed Al-Agouz emphasized the necessity of continuously updating student databases, and enhancing the efficiency of administrative staff to keep pace with the latest administrative systems. He also stressed the importance of the statistical aspect through collecting accurate and comprehensive data on all aspects of the educational process to support decision-making, as well as simplifying administrative procedures for students to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational services.
   The meeting also discussed the regulations governing the educational process and stressed the importance of applying rules accurately while maintaining flexibility. Prof. Al-Agouz affirmed that developing the administrative system within the faculties of the university is a fundamental pivot for ensuring the quality of education, emphasizing continued support for administrative staff and training them on the latest digital and statistical systems to build a strong database that serves students and removes all obstacles they may face.
