Tanta University Honors Quran Memorizers and Culturally Outstanding Students in University Hostels


   Under patronage of Prof. Mohammed Hussain, President of Tanta University, the General Administration of University Hostels organized a major ceremony to honor students who won the Holy Qur’an competition as well as various cultural competitions.
   The ceremony was attended by Prof. Al-Sayyed Al-Agouz, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, along with Prof. Ramadan Ma’en, General Supervisor of University Hostels, and Mr. Walid Mamdouh, General Director of University Hostels, in addition to a group of students and supervisors.
Prof. Al-Agouz stated that this celebration reflects the university strategy to support student activities, adding that a group of students who demonstrated exceptional excellence in Quran memorization and recitation were honored, in addition to their outstanding performance in cultural competitions aimed at developing awareness and intellectual growth. He further emphasized that the mission of the university goes beyond lecture halls to the development of a well-rounded student personality.
   For his part, Prof. Ramadan Ma’en expressed his satisfaction with the students’ performance, affirming that university hostels have become educational beacons aimed at building student awareness and refining their skills.
   The ceremony concluded with the distribution of certificates of appreciation and motivational awards to the winning students, who expressed their happiness with the recognition, confirming that the support offered by the university administration is a strong motivation for them to continue their path of excellence and success.
