To Follow Up on Review Committees and Examination Control Rooms, University Vice President Conducts an Inspection Tour at Faculty of Arts
Prof. Al-Sayyed Al-Agouz, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, conducted an inspection tour at Faculty of Arts to coincide with the first day of reviewing the examination results of fourth-year students.
He was received by Dr. Hala Nada, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and Dr. Abdul Razeq Al-Koumy, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research.
During the visit, the Vice President inspected the review committees and examination control rooms to ensure that work was proceeding smoothly and that all regulations and procedures governing the recording and verification of students' grades were being properly followed. He also assessed the availability of the necessary resources and tools to ensure that this stage is completed with the highest levels of accuracy, efficiency, and speed.
During the tour, Prof. Al-Agouz emphasized the importance of full compliance with the regulations governing the review process. He stressed the need for careful verification of examination papers and accurate recording of grades to guarantee complete transparency.
He also praised the efforts of Faculty of Arts administration, academic staff, and examination control staff for completing their responsibilities efficiently and within the scheduled timeframe.
Vice President added that the university places students' interests at the forefront of its priorities, noting that close supervision of the examination control process helps ensure that results are announced fairly and transparently. He reaffirmed the university commitment to providing an ideal working environment for result-review committees across all faculties and to offering them full logistical support.
