Vice President for Education and Student Affairs Inspects Admission Coordination Procedures at the Central Library and Faculty of Pharmacy


   As part of the university commitment to monitoring the admission coordination process and providing the best possible services to new students and their parents, Prof. Al-Sayyed Al-Agouz, Vice President of Tanta University for Education and Student Affairs, conducted an inspection tour of the satellite coordination office at the Central Library and Faculty of Pharmacy at the Medical Campus. The visit aimed to monitor the regularity of operations and facilitate registration procedures.
   Prof. Al-Agouz was accompanied by Prof. Mona Al-Aassar, Dean of Faculty of Pharmacy, and Dr. Ayman Al-Fakhry, Director of the Information Technology Clubs at the University. They reviewed the latest developments in the admission coordination process, followed up on electronic work mechanisms, and ensured full compliance with the procedures governing the process.
   During the tour, the Vice President inspected the readiness of reception halls and computer equipment and ensured that students had access to the necessary technical support and guidance. These measures are intended to ensure the smooth and organized delivery of coordination services.
In addition, Prof. Al-Agouz emphasized that Tanta University gives the utmost priority to providing full support to students and their parents throughout the various stages of the admission coordination process. He highlighted the university commitment to continuous monitoring to ensure that computer laboratories are fully prepared and that qualified technical teams are available to answer inquiries and address any challenges students may face, thereby providing a suitable and well-organized environment that facilitates the application process.
