University Vice President Monitors Third-Phase and Technical Diploma Coordination
As part of its ongoing efforts to monitor the work of the coordination office at Tanta University and ensure the highest level of service for students and their families, Prof. Al-Sayyed Al-Agouz, Vice President of Tanta University for Education and Student Affairs, conducted an inspection tour of the university coordination office.
The visit focused on monitoring the coordination process for third-phase of secondary school students and technical diploma students.
Prof. Ayman Al-Fakhrany, Director of the Information Technology Center, accompanied him during the tour. The visit included checking the regularity of operations, ensuring the readiness of computer labs, and confirming the availability of administrative and technical staff to provide students and parents with the necessary technical and guidance support while registering their preferences.
In addition, Prof. Al-Agouz emphasized the university commitment to providing students with an organized and comfortable environment and completing the procedures quickly and smoothly, in accordance with the rules and regulations announced by Ministry of Higher Education.
He further expressed his appreciation to the coordination office and computer laboratory teams for their efforts in organizing student access and providing accurate guidance. He reaffirmed that the university and all of its resources remain available to support students and provide them with assistance until all stages of the coordination process are fully completed.
