Vice President of Tanta University Conducts Inspection Tour of Central Dining Hall of University Hostels to Ensure Food Quality

   Prof. Al-Sayyed Al-Agouz, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs at Tanta University, conducted an inspection tour of the central dining hall of the university hostels to assess the quality of meals provided to students and ensure their compliance with health standards.
   He was accompanied during the tour by Prof. Ramadan Ma’en, General Supervisor of University Hostels, and Mr. Walid Mamdouh, General Director of University Hostels. The visit included a comprehensive review of several key areas, including preparation stages, with close monitoring of food preparation and processing operations, ensuring full compliance with occupational safety and health requirements inside the kitchens, as well as inspecting food storage facilities to verify the safety of storage conditions and the quality of raw materials.
   During the tour, Prof. Al-Agouz emphasized that improving the university hostels sector and the food system is a top priority for the university administration, noting that providing comfort and a healthy environment for students is a fundamental pivot for achieving academic excellence. He affirmed that Tanta University spares no effort in mobilizing all resources to serve students, praising the level of discipline and cleanliness he observed during the visit.
