Tanta University Vice President for Post -Graduate Studies Delivers Lecture in the “Administrative Leaders Preparation” Training Course

Prof. Hatem El-Sayed Amin, Vice President of Tanta University for Graduate Studies and Research, delivered a lecture as part of the “Administrative Leaders Preparation” training course organized by Tanta University under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Hussein, President of the University. The course is held as part of the implementation of the University’s vision and strategic plan for developing the administrative work system.

Prof. Hatem El-Sayed Amin opened the course activities, emphasizing that organizing the training reflects Tanta University’s vision and ambitious strategic plan to develop its administrative system and build a second tier of qualified personnel by enhancing employees’ administrative leadership skills, thereby contributing to improving institutional performance across the University’s various sectors.

He also highlighted the University’s commitment to investing in human resources as one of the key pillars of achieving sustainable institutional development. He stressed the importance of preparing administrative leaders capable of keeping pace with the requirements of development and modernization in the university work environment and achieving the highest levels of quality in the services provided.
