Tanta University Announces Offering Research Projects to Academic Staff Members Financed by the Research Fund

   Prof. Mahmoud Zaki, Tanta University President, announced offering new environmental research projects financed by Research Fund of the university’s academic staff to help raise the world rank of the university coping with its vision, mission and strategy. He pointed out that the strategy is based on four pivots aiming to enhance Egypt’s sustainable development vision 2030 and to achieve national goals.

   Furthermore, Prof. Kamal Okasha, University Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, declared that the first pivot includes two projects about advanced therapy of tumors and immunology; the second one includes two projects about finding out innovative applied solutions for environmental pollution and rubbish recycling.

   University Vice President added that, in the third pivot, two projects are offered about rationalization of traditional energy consumption, as well as new and renewable energy; the fourth pivot presents two projects in social studies that solve the problem of overpopulation and its impact on national economy.
