The value of the university’s contribution is 1200 pounds for a participant in internal conferences with acceptable research for presentation or poster, with the necessity that the exact specialization of the participating faculty member be in the same specialization as the conference (with or without research), training courses, scientific seminars, or announced seminars. Faculties’ requests to participate in external or internal conferences must not be presented to the competent authority after the end of the conference date. 20% of the internal conference quotas are allocated to faculty members, assistant teachers and teaching assistants without research, and a subscription fee is obtained only with a maximum of 1200 pounds, provided that the candidate to attend is a specialist in the field of the conference in the following lectures

The number of participants in one conference with acceptable research for faculty members is 10 participants: 3 professors, 3 assistant professors, 4 teachers, and in the event that more than one member wishes to participate, priority will be given.
