Procedures for implementing the training scholarship

The approval of Dean, with the authorization of the faculty Council, to grant the student a training scholarship inside the country for a period of three months for training in one of the distinguished universities or research centers inside the country, accompanied by the approval of the Department Council and the Dean or research center in which the student is trained, indicating the days of attendance and the duration of training.
Approval of the Council of Directors of the Research Account Unit to approve the student’s attendance of the training scholarship and the giving of 60 pounds for each actual training day.
Informing the faculty with the approval of the Board of Directors of the Research Account Unit for the student to attend the training scholarship in a university or research center for a period of three months.
A statement from the faculty that the student has attended the scholarship, accompanied by a letter from the university or research center in which the student is trained, stating that he successfully passed the scholarship.
Approval of the council of Directors of the Research Account Unit to pay 60 pounds per day, after submitting the disbursement documents.
