Acting President of Tanta University Inspects Work at the Electronic Coordination Office at the Central Library

Students and Parents Commends the Efficiency of the Electronic Application and Its Organizational and Procedural Role

   Prof. Mohamed Hussein Mahmoud, Acting President of Tanta University, conducted an inspection tour today to follow up on the work at the university's coordination office for the academic year 2024/2025. The office began to receive the first group of high school students yesterday, Monday. During his tour, the Acting President was accompanied by Prof. Mohamed El-Nemr, Executive Manager of the Main Center for Electronic and Cognitive Services and Coordinator of the Electronic Coordination Office at Tanta University; Prof. Osama Ghoneim, Manager of Public Service Center for Computers and Technology at the university and Acting Vice Dean of Faculty of Computers and Information for Postgraduate Studies and Research; and Prof. Haitham El-Komy, General Manager of Education at the university.

   Prof. Mohamed Hussein ensured that all procedures were running smoothly and orderly, affirming that the university is keen on providing all forms of support to students and facilitating the process of submitting their choices of the faculties they want to join. In addition, he declared that the university has prepared labs and computers connected to the internet to ensure the quick and efficient completion of students' submission of their choices. He also added that teams have been formed from faculty members and employees, who have been trained to a high standard to provide technical support, assist students, and respond to all their inquiries during the coordination phase. Moreover, suitable waiting areas have been prepared for parents.

   Furthermore, during his tour, Prof. Mohamed Hussein listened to students' and parents' opinions regarding the quality of services provided to them. They affirmed that using the electronic application designated for booking coordination appointments for high school students greatly facilitated the process of submitting their choices easily and quickly. They added that the process was completed in a record time without any overcrowding. Additionally, the employees at the coordination office provided all forms of assistance and technical support.
