Acting President of Tanta University Inspects the “Value” Training Program Held in Cooperation with Decent Life Foundation and the National Training Academy

   Prof. Mohamed Hussein, Acting President of Tanta University, inspected the “Value” program for training students at the Center of Talented Students’ Welfare at Faculty of Computer and Information. The program began on Sunday, October 13, 2024. The visit was attended by coordinators of program from Decent Life Foundation, the facilitators of the National Training Academy, and many trainees.

   During his tour, Prof. Mohamed Hussein affirmed the university’s commitment to organizing training programs for university students in cooperation with leading accredited organizations as these programs play a great role in sharpening students’ skills and developing their competencies. He commended the “Value” program as it develops national awareness from cognitive and skill perspectives, and enhances the abilities of university students that qualify them for labor market. During his meeting with students, the Acting President encouraged them to attend the training program regularly to make the most of it, lauding the effort exerted by Decent Life Foundation and the National Training Academy. He promised to provide all the resources necessary to ensure the program's success.

   It is worth noting that the training is held in two periods daily, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. According to the official website of Decent Life Foundation, the program aims to offer training for 100 university students in each governorate, and to train a total number of 2000 students by the end of 2024. It also aims to develop their skills in various fields and to qualify them for joining labor market.
