Students with disabilities from Tanta University participated in Abu Qir Youth Camp in Alexandria organized in cooperation with Ministry of Youth and Sports from December 5 to 8, 2024. The university students made a remarkable achievement, winning 14 medals: 7 gold, 4 silver and 3 bronze in weightlifting, table tennis and athletics.

   Prof. Mohamed Hussein congratulated the winners, affirming the university’s commitment to encouraging students with disabilities to engage in student activities as well as local and international championships. He added that the university supports them and provides them with a comprehensive educational environment to foster their integration, skill development and self-confidence. Moreover, he commended their performance in the championship and praised the efforts exerted by the General Administration of Youth Welfare in training and supporting them before and during the championship.
