Tanta University President Participates in the 1st Arab Conference on Climate and Sustainable Development “Greenery is Life”

Prof. Mahmoud Zaki, Tanta University President, participated in the 1st Arab conference on climate and sustainable development “Greenery is Life” organized by the Arab Court of Commercial Arbitration and Dispute Settlement headed by Judge\ Abdel Wahab Abdel Razek, the Speaker of the Senate and Chairman of Trustees’ Council of the Arab Court of Commercial Arbitration, in attendance of Judge\ Omar Marawan, Minister of Justice; Nivine El-Kabbag, Minister of Social Solidarity; Mr. Al-Sayed Al-Kasir, Minister of Agriculture; Judge\ Alaa Al-Din Fouad, the Speaker of Houses of Representatives; and MG\ Hesham Amna, Minister of Local Development.

    Prof. Mahmoud Zaki, Tanta University President, indicated that the Arab Court of Commercial Arbitration and Dispute Settlement organized this significant conference that tackled important issues in area of climate change paving the way for COP 27 conference that will be held in Egypt from November 7th to 18th in Sharm El-Sheikh. COP 27 will discuss climate changes and their impact on sustainable development from legal, economic, and social aspects as well as the role of media in this matter.
