Further affirming the distinction of the faculties of Tanta University, the Faculty of Dentistry has been granted both institutional and programmatic accreditation by the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education.

   Professor Dr. Mohamed Hussein, President of Tanta University, announced that the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education has officially renewed the institutional accreditation of the university’s Faculty of Dentistry, in addition to accrediting the Bachelor of Oral and Dental Medicine and Surgery program offered by the faculty. This achievement further strengthens the university’s standing at both the local and regional levels and reflects the high quality of the educational and research systems within the faculty.

   Prof. Mohamed Hussein extended his sincere congratulations to all members of the Faculty of Dentistry, commending the dedicated efforts and collective teamwork that led to this institutional and academic accomplishment. He added that the renewal of the faculty’s institutional accreditation, alongside the accreditation of the Bachelor of Oral and Dental Medicine and Surgery program, represents a well-deserved recognition of the university’s commitment to implementing the highest international standards of quality in academic education and clinical training.

   The University President further stated that Tanta University places educational quality and the advancement of scientific research at the forefront of its priorities, in alignment with Egypt Vision 2030 for the development of higher education. He emphasized the university’s ongoing efforts to enhance infrastructure and academic curricula in order to graduate distinguished professionals capable of competing effectively in both local and international labor markets, while also delivering healthcare and therapeutic services of the highest standards to the community.

   In a gesture of appreciation, Prof. Faten Abu Taleb, Dean of the Faculty, expressed her gratitude to all faculty work teams that contributed to the success of this achievement. She extended special thanks to Prof. Ali El-Sheikh, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research; Prof. Yasser Makaki, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development; and Prof. Sherine Ali, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs. She also praised the efforts of Prof. Rehab Abdullah, Visit Coordinator and Director of the Quality Assurance Unit; Prof. Samar Hisham, Deputy Director of the Unit; Prof. Batoul Salah, Head of the Reception Team; as well as Hany Adel and Neroz Ali, administrative staff members of the Faculty’s Quality Assurance Unit. She concluded with special appreciation to Prof. Wissam Salah, Director of the Main Center for Institutional Performance, and Prof. Sabah Sharshour, Director of the University Quality Assurance Center, commending their continuous support and steadfast assistance.
