The Tanta University Council, chaired by Professor Mohamed Hussein, President of the University, has sent a congratulatory message to His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, on the occasion of the 13th anniversary of the June 30 Revolution. The Council conveyed its sincere congratulations and best wishes to His Excellency and to the great Egyptian people for continued progress, stability, and prosperity.
In its message, the Council affirmed that the June 30 Revolution will forever remain a defining milestone in Egypt's modern history, reflecting the Egyptian people's awareness and free will in safeguarding the identity of the national state, preserving its resources, and restoring the nation's path toward security, stability, and development. The Council further noted that this national occasion serves as a renewed opportunity to draw inspiration from the values of patriotism, dedication, and sincere service in pursuit of Egypt's advancement and the future of its generations.
The message also highlighted that, under the leadership of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, the Egyptian state has achieved significant accomplishments across various sectors since the June 30 Revolution through the implementation of unprecedented national and development projects, the promotion of social justice, the modernization of infrastructure, the strengthening of national security, and the establishment of the New Republic on firm foundations of comprehensive and sustainable development.
The Tanta University Council also commended the remarkable qualitative and quantitative progress witnessed in the higher education and scientific research sector over recent years. These achievements include the expansion of public, private non-profit, and technological universities; the development of academic programs; enhanced support for scientific research and innovation; the modernization of educational and digital infrastructure; the advancement of university hospitals; and the alignment of educational outcomes with labor market demands and the objectives of Egypt Vision 2030.
Professor Mohamed Hussein emphasized that, through this message to His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, Tanta University renews its commitment to fulfilling its national mission of serving education, scientific research, and the community, while preparing generations capable of innovation, competitiveness, and effective participation in Egypt's ongoing development and nation-building efforts.
The Council concluded its message by praying that God continue to protect Egypt, its leadership, and its people; bless the nation with lasting security and stability; grant His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi success in serving the country's best interests and prosperity; and ensure that Egypt remains strong, dignified, and steadfast in advancing its journey of development and progress.
The announcement was made during the University Council's regular meeting for the month of June, chaired by Professor Mohamed Hussein, President of Tanta University, and attended by Professor Fouad Harras, Former President of Tanta University; Professor Abdel Hakim Abdel Khaleq, Former President of Tanta University; Professor Mahmoud Selim, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Professor Hatem Amin, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research; Professor El-Sayed El-Agouz, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; the Deans of the University's faculties; Counselor Khairy Omara, Legal Advisor to the University; and Mr. Ahmed Rashad, Secretary General of the University.
