With a capacity of 2,500 Students, Tanta University's Hostels Are Ready to Receive Students at the Beginning of the New Academic Year

Prof. Mohamed Hussein, Acting President of Tanta University, conducted an inspection tour to check the readiness of University Hostels to receive students in the new academic year 2024/2025. During the tour, he was accompanied by Prof. Ramadan Maan, General Supervisor of University Hostels.

   The tour included University Hostels in Sibirbay, where the Acting President followed up maintenance work and preparations. He made sure that safety and security measures are followed at University Hostels to keep students safe and healthy. He highlighted the university's commitment to providing all forms of support and comfort for students residing at University Hostels, ensuring accessibility for students with special needs.

   Tanta University's Hostels include Al-Huda Hostels for female students, Sibirbay Hostels for male students, Sibirbay Hostels for female students, Al-Mathaf Hostels for female students, Al-Yasmeen Hostels for male students, and Al-Montazah Hostels for female students, comprising 71 single rooms, 104 double rooms, 330 triple rooms, and 301 quadruple rooms, with a total capacity of 2,474 students. Moreover, Al-Montazah and Al-Yasmeen Hostels have been designated as hotel-style accommodations for international students studying at the university, with a capacity of 150 students.
