President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi Issues Presidential Decree Appointing Prof. Eissawy Qasem Mahmoud Rizk as Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Tanta University

President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi has issued a presidential decree appointing Prof. Eissawy Qasem Mahmoud Rizk as the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture at Tanta University.

Prof. Eissawy Qasem earned his Bachelor's degree in Soil and Water from Alexandria University in 1993, followed by a Master's degree in Soil and Water from Alexandria University in 1997, and a PhD in Soil Chemistry from Alexandria University in 2003.

He was appointed as an Assistant Lecturer in 1999, a Lecturer in 2003, and an Assistant Professor in 2009. He advanced in academic ranks until achieving the title of Professor in 2014. Prof. Eissawy also served as Head of the Soil and Water Department in 2009 and as Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs in 2015.
