Today, Major General Ashraf El-Gendy, Governor of Gharbia, and Prof. Mohamed Hussein, Acting President of Tanta University, inaugurated the Student Art Exhibition, held at the university administration building. The event was attended by Prof. Mahmoud Selim, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Prof. Hatem Amin, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research; several faculty deans; and Prof. Magdy Wakouk, General Coordinator of Student Activities at the University.
Major General Ashraf El-Gendy praised the exhibition, highlighting the exceptional artistic taste and creative spirit reflected in the students' paintings. He emphasized the diversity and uniqueness of the artwork produced by the students and stressed the importance of collaboration with the Cultural Center in the governorate to support outstanding students.
For his part, Prof. Mohamed Hussein reaffirmed the university’s commitment to encouraging artistic creativity among students and providing platforms for them to showcase their talents and engage with the public. He extended his gratitude to the General Administration of Youth Welfare at the university for its efforts in offering specialized training programs for talented students and fostering an environment that promotes innovation and creativity.
