Prof. Mohamed Hussein, President of Tanta University, met yesterday evening with the student delegation from the University of Bradford in the UK, which includes 55 students from various engineering disciplines, currently undergoing a four-week training program at Tanta University. The visit is part of the ongoing collaboration between the two universities.
During the meeting, Prof. Mohamed Hussein inquired about the students' well-being, their accommodation, and the quality of services provided to ensure an ideal environment that maximizes the benefits of this unique training experience. He emphasized that this visit reflects Tanta University’s continuous efforts to strengthen international partnerships and promote academic and training exchange.
Prof. Hussein added that such cooperation offers a golden opportunity for cultural and academic exchange and enhances Tanta University's position as a regional and international hub for education and training. He affirmed the university's commitment to providing top-tier training conditions and services to the University of Bradford students, ensuring their training period is fruitful and enriching, contributing significantly to honing their skills and expanding their horizons to become future leaders in their respective engineering fields.
The meeting was also attended by Prof. Emad Atman, former Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development and General Supervisor of the Training Program; Prof. Ahmed Nasr, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering; and Prof. Ramadan Moan, General Supervisor of University Dormitories.
