Prof. Mohamed Hussein, Tanta University President, extends his sincere congratulations and best wishes to the University Vice Presidents, college deans and vice deans, faculty members, teaching assistants, all administrative staff, and students across all faculties on the occasion of the New Gregorian Year 2026. He expressed his hope that the coming year will be filled with success and continued achievement for all members of the university community.

Prof. Hussein affirmed that the new year brings ambitious aspirations to continue the path of development and excellence pursued by Tanta University, emphasizing the importance of uniting efforts and working in a spirit of teamwork to further strengthen the University’s position locally and internationally, and to advance scientific research and the educational process in a way that serves society.

The Tanta University President noted that the Arab Republic of Egypt is moving forward with confidence and determination toward comprehensive development. He expressed his hope that 2026 will be a year of prosperity and progress for beloved Egypt, as part of the ongoing journey of construction and development under the leadership of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, toward achieving the objectives of the New Republic, which places human development at the forefront of its priorities.

He also underscored the pivotal role of universities in supporting major national projects, affirming that Tanta University will remain a fundamental pillar in supporting the state’s development plans. He concluded by praying to Almighty God to protect Egypt and its people and to grant the nation continued security, stability, and peace
